Your right, I at least knew to not order the Thermal Glass this time so I could use a Valentine One and not have my dealer destroy (as the second service man stated "I could chase the rattles all week and not get them all") probably as perfect a vehicle as you could find.

Ellis, dealers can be really ridiculous; they should just admit they don't know what the problem is instead of making stuff up. Well, actually I guess a lot of folks have that problem. Hope you can somehow get this resolved to your satisfaction.
