Dealer called me said he had his July delve alloc. Now.
I am ordering one for my wife. She wants a Aug Delve for some reason.

Hard to believe her Cayenne will beat my Turbo S here.

are you sure its the MY11 Turbo S? I have heard no mention from anyone that there will be a Turbo S for the first year.

I confirmed with dealer all the news reports that say S and Turbo in July with Hybrid S and V6 in Fall '10

Just curious how dealers are handling orders before pricing is announced...

How do you negotiate without a price? percentage off future MSRP?? percentage over future invoice??

If you find prices to be unacceptable when they are finally announced, can you cancel the order?

You just don't take the vehicle when it comes in. No matter how you configure your order, someone else will take it if you don't. You negotiate when it gets here.

What gets to me is that a Turbo should have the skirts in body color just like the 1st gen. I decided today, that I am going to wait until the plastic is gone before I get the CTT.

Saw the 2011 Cayenne at NY show today. I am impressed. Interior is 100% improved from my 2006. My order is going in asap. More sporty exterior than previous generation.
