Whichever one has:
- Most warranty remaining
- Best service history (most common problems resolved in addition to regular maintenance)

I would take the one with the lower miles. 05 and 06 are very similar. Since they are both CPO, they both will have 2 years on the warranty, unless the 06 was bought in 06. Then you would still have some of the new car warranty left, both it would only be a few months.

I would go for the 06, newer year, Pano roof and XM radio. The Pano roof is a beautiful thing. If is a good Cayenne 44000 is nothing especially with CPO. 28,000 is low miles for 2005 hopefully not from too much time spent at dealer.

When was the 'o5 built? If late in the model year, fine. If not, go for the '06.

Well, the fact that it does not have the A506 cowboy belt buckle should knock a thousand off the price immediately.

Ask the salesman for documented proof (in writing) that the coolant pipes have been replaced.

September is OK.

That is an early 05 (actually more of an 04), so things like rear window microswitches, front headlight ventilation, cardan shaft, rusting/self ejecting stainless steel trim, ECU/TCU firmware updates, yada yada yada....all need to be thought of

Apart from that, I'm sure it's a pretty color.
