Nav
I should clarify I do occasionally use Navigation; it's called a Garmin
I can take it to whichever car I happen to drive, including rentals. That way, I always deal with the same user interface, and all my "favorite" locations are stored in there. It's amazing Porsche charges $5000 to accomplish the same function, and more than a few are known to have gone out.

As others have mentioned, 20 inch wheels are nice. Mine came with them. An option I would have never considered ordering is the park assist thing, it's much more useful than I thought it would be. Mine has Bose sound, it's good - no problems yet but all I do with it is plug my Blackberry in and fire up Pandora radio. I haven't used the CD player/changer and I've had the car 9 months. Something else I find useful is the variable assist power steering; don't know if it's an option but it's useful for parking that pig at slow speed. Bluetooth is a good one to have, works good with my phone and the universal audio plug is nice to plug in external music sources. I don't know the options are, I saw mine on the net and needed something to drive in the winter - so I bought it sight unseen. I liked the color (Macadamia) and I looked more at options I didn't want than what it had. I really wanted 20 inch wheels, bluetooth and the audio interface. Things I didn't want is that hokey navigation thing they offer - that's in my 911 and it's a pain in the ***, I'd rather have is my Garmin that is easily upgradeable yearly or so when they come out with a new model, it can be moved from car to car and if it's a pain I can toss it out the window.
So far the Cayenne has been a good car, no complaints.

Think your right it's on 09's not before I have an 08 not an option then. The head unit on mine does strange things, changes radio stations on it's own changes from cd to radio.

My 08 CTT has been flawless over 2 years and 30K miles. When I loaded up an S it got to within $10,000 of the turbo so opted for the turbo and got some of the things with the turbo that you cannot get with the S like forged crank. The air suspension is great for me as I tow 6000# boat over mountains and it keeps it level and tracking well. It also allows me to go on jobsites while under construction without bottoming out. I also lowered the car easily because of the air. In 08 they came out with PDCC which only comes with air suspension (I believe), this makes the car handle great, very flat.
In everyday driving the S would be fine, when you get out on the road and can let it roll the turbo is very good, especially at altitude.
I have enjoyed the radio, sounds great to me. I added i pod link to radio, built in radar (escort) and blue tooth connectivity for phone for a total of around $3500, $2500 of which was the escort.
Options from factory: I have 21's for summer and 19's for winter and am happy with both. Huge skylight is a plus in Seattle (added light), I have the all leather trim which I think is very nice, PDCC, light comfort package and XM.

Sadly they are all MOST systems.
To the OP, the Bose radios in the Cayenne use a fiberoptic amp, thereby making them practically impossible to upgrade unless you rip out the entire thing, including speakers, and start from scratch.
