It activates the analogue tv tuner in my UK car.

The Euro version can and does work, however with the way these trucks are built I am pretty sure the amount of re wiring will far outweigh the cost of a personal import. Or just watch your Slingbox on your Blackberry like I do (at less than 3 miles an hour of course)
