My '08 S threw a check engine fault..that required the thermostat and housing to be replaced.
When the intake manifold was removed...look what was found in the valley

City mice? In LA? Nah! Had to come from Germany or the storage lot in NJ.

If it is field mice (aka meadow vole), it is fairly common especially in newly developed communities. Anyways, I have these plugged thru-out the house and 4 in the garage

These are very interesting, since mice are a real problem for us. Although the web site says they do not affect pets I wonder how true that is. We have several birds and small dogs and I'd be real concerned without some independent confirmation.....

btw, I believe the photographed nest is by birds, not mice. No visible display of turds.....
