Sorry to ressurect but I did my search. Installing these and some power slot rotors today. Of course there are no "Break in" instructions. What is the best way. HAve heard aggresive to passive and nothing severe for 500 miles.

Let us know your feedback. I have them on an E46 wagon (with a Brembo BBK) and they work well. Good bite cold and hot, not grabby and a whole lot less dust!
I'll be putting the Centric pads on by the end of the month as well so will be very interested to see how they do. Can't mess up my shiny new red painted calipers, LOL.
Amazon has a good deal on the pads. About $110 for front and rear.

Initial break in or seating of the pads involves breaking hard from 60-10mph and DO NOT come to a stop. Do this a few times as soon as they are installed and just take it easy for a week trying to avoid hard complete stops.

on all my cars, I always did a couple of 100% hard braking from 80mph to about 15mph (as Cuba said, no stops) and all worked well throughout their life. and I do change the brakes quite frequently ;-)

Posi-Quiet pads installed (See Shiny Calipers thread). The pads don't grab nearly as much as the Pagids on initial bite. For me and the wife, this is a good thing as before, the braking was difficult to modulate. Now, the brakes feel more progressive and smoother.
Cold bite is a little wooden, but after the first couple of stops, everything's fine.
I did do a series of 10 50 to 10 mph stops after install, however, Centric advertises the pads as not requiring a bed-in procedure. Time will tell if the truck develops the squeaks or other odd braking behavior.
