IIRC, EnigmaWmn was supposed to take charge and organize us........

My offer still stands to pay for silkscreen graphics design and setup, under ONE condition:

T-shirt #1 is signed by the forum misfits and delivered to Peter the Great's office at the Mothership.

I would love to deliver it in person, but I don't think the restraining order has expired yet, so we'll have to leave it to FedEx.

I did say that I need design suggestions and I'll take care of the artwork. So, as soon as your creative jucies start rolling, and by "your" I don't mean just yours, Larry, I'll get right on it.

Sorry, I don't gamble.

IIRC, Larry ended up dropping his car off at the local Porsche dealership awaiting the aforementioned company to retrieve it. It sat there for about a month......of course I've never owned a Cayenne, so I can only comment on the late Larry's alleged experiences....

Why don't you just drop the vehicle off at the dealership? Just say it's in for its "final service".

You mean final service for this particular owner. If the Cayenne could talk it would say to the service dept. "I'll be back".

Default well....

it's gone.

of course, they wrote the check for the wrong amount, or the right amount from the last time it was supposed to be gone.

but i now am NOT the owner of a PCNA product, and THEY OWE ME MONEY.

PCNA, i am sure i could come up with some good ideas for what that is the acronym for..

..
I know you're happy about it being picked up....... but wow, is this one last "gotcha" from PCNA then? I wouldn't have let it go.. tough noogies on the tow truck being there blah, blah, blah, if the check amount wasn't exactly the agreed to amount UNLESS it was for more than what was arbitrated or litigated. You may figure the AG is going to help you.. but, this has MORE frustration for you written all over it. Sorry.. it's a shame that it ended this way..

Default it's not over till the piper is paid...

D-Day (Bruce McGill): War's over, man. Wormer dropped the big one.
Bluto: Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!
Otter (Tim Matheson): [whispering] Germans?
Boon (Peter Riegert): Forget it, he's rolling.
Bluto: And it ain't over now. 'Cause when the goin' gets tough... [thinks hard] the tough get goin'! Who's with me? Let's go! [runs out, alone; then returns] What the **** happened to the Delta I used to know? Where's the spirit? Where's the guts, huh? "Ooh, we're afraid to go with you Bluto, we might get in trouble." Well just kiss my *** from now on! Not me! I'm not gonna take this. Wormer, he's a dead man! Marmalard, dead! Niedermeyer -
Otter: Dead! Bluto's right. Psychotic, but absolutely right. We gotta take these bastards. Now we could do it with conventional weapons that could take years and cost millions of lives. No, I think we have to go all out. I think that this situation absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody's part.
Bluto: We're just the guys to do it.
D-Day: Let's do it.
Bluto: LET'S DO IT!!

They just called, they were expecting a payment from an annuity last week which would have cleared by Friday but it did not arrive. They think its the Post Office's fault and have written a letter of complaint to their member of the European Parliament.

They promise the keys for the massive profit piggy bank is on the way but they think it was sent surface mail. Oh and sorry.
