Default FS: 22' TSW Wheels w/ Tires [UPDATED WITH PHOTOS]

A buddy of mine has put me in charge of selling his 22'' TSW Montage wheels (22x10 all around) with new Michelin tires. He is selling is Cayenne S so the stock wheels are going to be put back on the car.

The wheels and tire have less than 1000 miles on them, and are practically new. With no curb damage and with a deep reflective shine. The tires still have rubber nipples along the sidewall as well.

Retail it would cost 5k to make the tire and wheel combo (wheels $600 ea, tires $400 ea), but for a serious buyer and quick sale he is willing to sacrifice them for $4500 shipped (within the US). The package being sold includes the following:
  • 5 TSW Montage Wheels
  • 5 Michelin 4x4 Diamaris 285/35R22W
  • 5 TSW Center Caps

Please contact me if your interested (email: nine44@gmail.com , or pm me). The wheels are located near Sacramento and I would gladly show you the wheels in person if your interested. Also I'm willing to ship (I'll cover shipping expenses), but shipping insurance is highly recommended and at the expense of the buyer.

Also on one of the wheels there is a small scratch, I've included a photo of it. Aside from that they are flawless and have been confirmed as being straight.

Thanks.

By the way, I just signed up for a 2 year membership but my status hasn't been updated.

nice... they should sell fast.

And can you tell me where you found porsche center caps for the TSW wheels? It's an odd size.

I previously had thought the wheels had Porsche center caps, but upon closer inspection I found they were just stickers of Porsche emblems. I'm disappointed in my friend, and needless to say I removed them to reveal the TSW center caps.

I cleaned up this post, and added some more information. Here are additional photos. They are high res, so it may take a few minute to load.

I've had some interest in the wheels, but no one has bought them yet.

If you can pick the wheels up I'm willing to let them go for $3600. I'm taking a huge loss, but they are taking up a lot of room and I need them sold.

I'm willing to ship, but at that price shipping costs are the buyers responsiblity.

Contact me if your interested.

How are "you" taking a huge loss? Thought they were your friends

They are. But I was with him when I bought them so I know they are less than what he bought them for. Hence "huge loss."

Yea, my grammar isn't the best. I try my best.

The last photo shows the only damage the 5 wheels have. I didn't call it curb rash because its more like a dent. I can provide more photos, but it isn't noticable. It honestly took me a few minutes to find the damage when I was taking the photos. I can provide more shots of it if you'd like.

Also, there is nothing fishy about this. The wheels are in excellent condition and have no damage (except for the "curb damage" I've shown). If my description or photos are unsatisfying I can provide photos of anything specific.

If there are any questions or concerns feel free to contact me, I'm not hiding anything. I'll gladly show the wheels in person to anyone interested.

Dude, you are talking in way to many tenses and blaming your english on it. Sounds odd. Best of luck on your (err, I mean your friends) sale.

Okay, I don't understand why this has become such a problem.

These wheels were previously on my friend's Cayenne and because he went to stock wheels I'm doing him the favor by selling the wheels on the forums I already visit to check on the 944 forums. The wheels don't belong to me, but it is easier to treat them as if they were, rather than having to explain the circumstances in every post.

I'm not out to scam or rip anyone off, as a Porsche enthusiast I just thought people on the Cayenne forums would be interested in the 22's. Feel free to contact me with questions or concerns.

The wheels are in excellent condition and have only the one flaw which I have specifically pointed out instead of hiding. If you can find any faults with the wheels feel free to point them out. I believe the asking price is more than reasonable. As I keep repeating, I'm more that happy to show the in person (they are at my place, near sacramento).

On Rennteam.com you said this:

Which is it, 100 or 1000 miles?

Thanks for pointing that out, its closer to 1000 (I corrected it). The tires still have rubber nipples on the side walls and plenty of tread on them.

I can take them to a tire shop and have the tread measured if your interested.

just my honest opinion... 4x new wheels and diamari's are 3700. Noone really wants a spare banged up wheel or tire. Maybe around 2500 used? Ebay would prob work well.

Good point Charlie.

Considering he has 5 total, I'm sure the math went something like this:

5 x TSW Wheel = $540x5 = $2700
5 x Mich. Diamaris(Tirerack)= $371 x 5 = $1855

Total: $4555.

So basically selling 5 for the price of 4. Buy all 5 and stick the dinged one in hole for a spare.
