Planning on trading to 997, if I find a cheap 996, I'll keep both.

I think the S is going to have (traded for 997) before long. I, too, like the 997 look but think I'm going to wait one model year more for same "issues" as the Cayenne to settle although in looking at that forum not near as many "glitches". I like the cab. finally having it all disappear under the metal.. guess they finally responded to the competition.. I looked at 993 and 996 .. don't know that I want to pay for such high mileage and the "risk" by paying significantly under 100K.. and I want a cab.... but Alex --- do remember they don't carry a whole lot! The Kool-Aid will be waiting.

Hey Madfox,

I'm thinking the same thing, might wait towards the end of this year for a bigger discount, i"m only seeing 3-5K off in most 997's. I agree my wife is gonna miss the space on the Cayenne. So I'm waiting a bit just in case she says, why dont u just get a used carrera and let me keep the Cayenne I wasnt gonna remove the springs, cause it's not worth selling but I want to make the ride more comfortable for wifey so she cant let go, lol
