I am taking delivery of a 2005 Black Cayenne S this sunday and the dealer is willing to throw in the Sports Design Package. I have some questions:
- Is the sports tailpipes a must with the package?
- Should I go for Sills or Running Boards?
Any comments and feedback appreciated. Really excited and want my baby to look HOT!

I believe that the Sport Design Package will be painted in a different place than your car. Make sure they pick a good bodyshop to paint the kit.
Sports tail pipes? yes they look really good but the Techart one looks alot better and bigger and a little bit more expensive...

Deetz
Yeah...those Techart tailpipes sure look nice....mmm...is there a website I can go to have a look at all their accessories? I tried their Techart.com.de website and doesn't seem to have much information. Have you checked out the Techart Magnum Porsche Cayenne? God...the car is beautiful, especially the black rims to go with the Black cayenne....
Anyway, its a Porsche dealership handling the installation so they should be sending the car to a reliable workshop. So the other question - Sills or Running boards? Anybody?

I am not a big fans of both sills and running boards.
Try to look at www.techart.de they have many photos under tuning -> cayenne
Techart magnum is way too expensive for me so thats not on my list ^^ If you have to pay around 1k to get those sports tail pipes, you may want to consider the Techart as it is just a few hundred dollars more. Good luck!!
Be careful with the dealership, you do not want to trust a dealership that way. There are many dealerships who will take cars to a cheap bodyshop to reduce their cost. Good luck again ^^

Ok - another question for you Deetz...
If I go with the Tequipment sports package, will the Techart Tailpipes have a problem fitting?
Jamy - thanks for the advice...but the sports package is a freebie

Since its a freebie, YES go for it. I don't think you will have a problem fitting it. Guess what, I can do something for you.
If you have time, go to your dealership and measure the size of the hole on the rear bumper to fit the tips. I will go to my bodyshop and measure my tips for you.
