Didn't you post on the 6sp form that the HRE 22'S offset would not fit properly on the rear...They would be pushed out past the fender flair?

I think the Gemballa body kits look wicked. They're really aggressive, definitely the best I've seen. I agree about the Techart styling, it's very subtle and I'm not sure very much to my taste. I think the techart performance upgrades have got to be good though. Hard to figure out which is better between Gemballa and Techart with regard to performance. Both have mufflers, the Gemballa is one long can and the Tech two seperate ones. Both would say they've got the best...

I'd really like to see a Gemballa Cayenne firsthand before deciding on body pieces. Right now I can't even figure out how to contact them to see one or get prices. Their website links don't work right now.

Tomorrow Drew.

only 22x9.5 and 22x10.5 fit the Cayenne. If I go with the 10.5" it will stick out by 0.25" so I go with the 9.5". It does not look that much different anyway But honestly 22x10 is the best size and HRE does not make 22x10 due to parts availability

So really only HRE's 9.5X22 fit properly, correct? Why did you choose HRE over Gemballa...Forged vs. cast, center cap options? The Gemballa's are made by 'Speedline' who is known for making some of the finest wheels in the world. And as you may be aware, Speedline was the OEM supplier to Porsche from '89 to '98.

Hey SANDOVAL, Did your Gemballa wheels ever arrive? Curious about fitment. I tried a set on mine with 295/30-22 and the rear's were slightly pushed out past the fender. When the C is in the load position it's a perfect fit. Can you say, 'lowering module.' In the meantime, I wonder if mounting 285/35-22 would do the trick?

PCH, Those Gemballas look sick! Git em!

Nice thread on Gemballa. Holy crap that's expensive! No doubt the full kit is the shiz but that's a lot of dough. Now that I've got an idea of the prices I'm scared.

Yea, once you put on your favorite flavor aftermarket wheels the factory shoes look like crap.

PCH,

Check out this link

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

These are what I had for my 996, they're huge and weigh about half of what the much smaller stock wheels do. I think I need to post this on this site somewhere too.

Yep very familiar with these wheels. Very light as a result of the magnesium centers = $$$. Definately post them on the classfied here and http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/

I got the pricelist for Gemballa wheels. I was pretty shocked, it was so cheap! I think around 1.1k per wheel

The reason why I am getting HRE is because it is what I like, 5 spokes, high class, and lip I had it custom made too with all the "stuff" ^^
