Default another abs/psm question

this weekend i was coming back from VA driving my wifes cayenne s (08).

intermittently it would feel like a "miss" or like the brake was being slightly applied very briefly and the traction control light would flicker.
this would happen a few times then i would get the abs/psm failure message and cruise control would kick off.

afterwards while the light was on, smooth as silk without any feeling of a "miss or brake tap".. when i would stop and shut off the car lights went off then after a wjile the same thing.

i am assuming this would be a wheelspeed sensor?

I had something similar. Ended up being a wheel speed sensor

I'd say wheel speed sensor, fuel pump on the way out, or failing battery or alternator.

Have a scan completed. All suggestions are possible and then some. A scan will give you a starting point. I recently had silicone symptoms and it ended up being faulty abs/psm control module which would be a very expensive guess. Good luck.

all fuel pumps are new. Not sure the stutter that I was feeling would cause the brake light ABS to come on..
It felt like the traction control kicking in slightly

Yes, I certainly hope that is not the case. I just spent 3K on all new fuel pumps, etc..
