Radio quit on 2008 Turbo, which fuses?
Thought I would check fuses first. Where and which ones?

Usualy motherboard goes bad on these - not worth repairing - get a Pioneer with apple CarPlay \ Android Auto or Android based HU from China

This I s a Bose system, so the motherboard is in the amp or radio?

Do they plug and play with 2008?
I have a CTT whose PCM seems to reset randomly.

Random reset - that how my PCM died - Chinease units are pretty much plug & play - make sure to order correct bose\no bose option.
I went with Pioneer unit and 100$ bose adapter - had to splice my own wiring - but wasn't bad

You can try removing HU and checking for 12v comming in, if you get 12v and HU not powering on - i say give up and get a replacement
