MarkGolf. where did you get these sensors from? Would you mind sharing where to source and part numbers?

Thanks in advance!

Anthony

PS- I'm going down the rabbit hole just like you did.

Bump for any update.

0139 left front acceleration sensor was the initial culprit. Replaced that, now 15629…rear valve block. This is on the Silver GTS I’m attempting to bring back from the dead.

I had similar issues last summer with my Red DD GTS, one PDCC hose was leaking…that was replaced. Shortly thereafter, another burst rather dramatically.

PDCC reservoir change, full bleed after…and no more issues.

Just checked and cleaned all the wiring/elec connectors on that rear block. Need to have a new HID ballast addressed/coded whatever by PIWIS, so might as well have the entire PDCC system bleed and checked also.

Local dealer senior tech said he’s seen no issues with PDCC…of any vintage. How can that be, the forum’s are somewhat “busy” with headaches.

oh well…to be continued.

Would also love to know the part numbers for those “generic” valve’s

HI guys,

Excuse my delay!

The solenoids I used had no part number, they did come from an E60 BMW 5 series, that's all I know. I do know that someone pulled a valve block from a 7 and it had the same solenoids. 1 set you can use, the other you can't (the ones with the long tube with holes).

My GTS has been fine ever since, the only issue mine has. is when I take a hard turn at low RPM.., So I think my pump is pretty weak at keeping the required pressure at low rpm.

So sadly, no part numbers, there isn't anything on the solenoids. there is on the pressure sensors, I replaced those which are actually the same as ABS pump sensors for a Mercedes Vito van.

nothing on the stickers on the bags either…part number wise?

Where on the bummer we’re those solenoids used, so we can ideally cross them?

Hey Mark! It's good to see you posting again. Glad you are still in the mix. Thanks again last year for your offer of help with my HPFP issue. Cheers mate!

I got mine from ebay, I found them by luck, when searching for Cayenne Valve Body with variations of other terms included, PDCC, Roll bar, Active Roll etc. I noticed that BMW's have a similar system and the solenoids looked similar, so bought a used one for £25 and it cam with 4 solenoids, 2 which can't be used, 2 which can.

Here is a similar one but for a 7 series, a friend actually bought a 7 series one and went through the same thing as me. TBH, I'm not sure the solenoids die, I think they just benefit from a clean. The ones I removed from my car work just fine. The casings however, are rusty as hell so water would have begun to ingress eventually.

Hey Tom, Still here, life and children getting in the way of cars for the time being.
Did you manage to get a replacement?
I guess you can buy 10 of them now with the great exchange rates you guys have now!

I am still having headaches with mine, the issue seems to change..

Originally, I was getting 'Chassis System Faulty', this was random, sometimes it would pop up, other times not at all.I had only had the car for 3 weeks and covered about 600 miles before this started appearing. I had topped up the fluid with CHF11S as it was half way.
Then I started to get 'Chassis System Faulty' as soon as I hit 4mph.
Then I had 2 weeks of no errors.
Then 'Chassis System Warning' with red shock appeared, this would appear as soon as I took a corner slightly hard.
I then changed the 2 pressure sensors in the rear valve body, this did nothing. I was getting a 15629 rear valve block implausible signal. No idea what that meant but assumed it had to be a sensor.

I now get a mix of warning and the faulty errors but in the last few days, it has been consistently the 'chassis system faulty' as I hit 4mph.

I have filled up with fresh CHF11S, new PDCC reservoir, new pressure sensors on the rear valve body and not directly replaced but replaced the top mount and both sets of wishbones on the front end. Since doing those last weekend, I haven't seen the Warning but I think I would had the faulty message not got there first.

Errors as of yesterday

So now I'm stumped!

My options are, remove my rear valves and ensure they are no seized and work when power is put to them, locate new valves for the rear valve body, perform a bleed by proper tool. I was tempted to crack the bleed nipples on the roll bar bodies to see if air came out but scared of snapping them.

If there is anything else I can do before having to fork for an entire valve body unit, let me know!

These are the sensors

Rear valve body

Hi, im waking this threas up becouse i have some problems with my PDCC system.

Maybe you have some ideas or so.

My pump was failed and i think it failed becouse the pressure sensor on the valve body blown and all the fluod ran out.

I changed to a refurbished pump and the servo started to work. I also changed the valve body becouse the pressure sensor was blown. But shortly after that maybe 1 hour driving the pressure sensor blown again, the same sensor like first time.. Now i see i can change the sensor and not buying a new valve body...

What do you think it could be? Feels like overload? To much pressure but where could the problem be? To much air in the system? A clogged line? Maybe a swaybar that is broken?
