Probably but glass holds up pretty good until you reach its breaking point. It won't scratch or dent and if it hasn't shattered it's probably okay.. though I doubt I'll ever open and close the same again. The rails are probably warped and the switches are probably misaligned now.

To start. What would a bodyman even charge to fix bent rails like that? Could they be fixed enough so it works properly again? Are they replaceable? I suspect you'd be at least 10k into it before discovering whether it's even feasible to repair. Or you just leave it closed, never try to operate it again and sell it onto some poor person as a 'perfect condition car' and then we'll have the new buyer posting on here "Just bought new (to me) Cayenne. Love the car, just a couple minor issues. The pano roof is stuck. Also - engine making odd noise, previous owner said the lifters need replacing. Is this something I can do myself?"
