Default Help with Codes Please

2005 CTT with 115,897 Miles. Changed plugs and coils less than 100 miles ago. CEL came on today. Used a Actron OBD II Pocket scan and it pulled the 2 codes:Besides the P0492, what does this mean?
Each screen read as follow:
2 codes
P0492 (I know what this is)
MIL on
Monitors
0 Inc
8 Ready
Misfire
Fuel
Comp
Catlyst
Evap
Sec Air
02 Snsr
02 Htr

As always, thanks in advance for the help and feedback!

The way you're describing them - they mean nothing to me. IT appears that 8 monitors (whatever that refers to) are "ready", and I have to expect they are referring to the ones listed below that. I think you need something better than a generic OBD-II scanner if you're serious about DIY in your Cayenne. You said it pulled two codes - one the P0492 - the other is? It doesn't seem to be telling us that.

You should probably describe any symptoms you're having as well? Is it just the CEL?

As for the spark plugs - what plugs did you install?

And for the coils - did you get the Porsche ones or cheaper after market? I've heard failure rates are pretty high on the after market ones.

Thanks for the feedback. Guess you are correct.... should invest in a better scanner. No other P codes indicated which is the confusing part.

No other symptoms... car runs fine, onley CEL indication. Installed high end NGK plugs and Beru coils. I will replace secondary air pump and see what happens. Thanks for the feedback,
