CTT Suspension Warning

CTT Suspension Warning
I had the Red Suspension Warning today (2088 CTT)......
I logged the above codes.
If a switch the ignition off and restart the warning goes away and I'm able to raise/lower the vehicle. When I tried to run the Durametric calibration routine the warning returned after the suspension went through 1 cycle.
I also looked at the ride height levels in Durametric, it showed one corner low. Visually, the right front is significantly lower than the others (wasn't like this before the warning)
I'm wondering if the FR level sensor is the issue? Any other ideas/thoughts?
Thx, Stu

You should be able to read the value from the height sensors - if the one on the right front different from the others? When you can raise/lower the vehicle - does the value of that one change?

1400,Second, " I will not adjust the control position because there is a problem."
Check the linkage arm on the FR sensor. Check the Sensor itself to see if the values change as the vehicle is going up or down. Data log the slope of all four and compare the FR. If no problem found, calibrate the level control unit. If unsuccesful after Cal. , replace the level CU.
I have replaced several level control units for friends. Seems of all the 40+ control units in the Cayenne, these do go bad. Most likely cause is an issue with the FR sensor or linkage, or the LCU itself.

Plotted both FR and FL sensors. At terrain level they were about the same, at normal they were way off. Set the car at terrain level overnight, no movement at all, set at normal level this morning and after a couple of hours the FR was down to the bump stop.
Pretty sure its the sensor, I'll close out the thread once it's fixed
Thx

Changed the FR sensor and still the same issue (low ride height), I've tried to run the calibration/adaptation many times but unable to code the control module.
Leaning to a control module problem.

To close this thread out. It was the controller, I ordered the 7L0 907 553 J controller and it solved the problem.
BTW, I incorrectly ordered the 7L0 907 553 F controller, I can state that version does not work with a 2008 CTT.
thx

I think they are the same controller with a different software revision. Did you try coding the "F" controller to the vehicle? If no, did you have to code the "J" controller or just plug and play?

Thanks. I was just curious. Seems to be one of the only control modules that fail along with the transfer case module. Any revision will work if coded.
