Default Help - is my '06 S overheating?

my 2006 cayanne S temperature is exceeding 180 especially when i accelerate. is this normal. pls help as i am freaking out.

How much is it exceeding 180F by? Are the fans working?

I'm going to change the title of your posting since simply crying HELP isn't going to attract too many people to the thread. See the new title for an example of what might work.

Tell us more, do you live in Death Valley or Alaska?
I never noticed a change in water temp but I live in VA.

Even one tick past 180F is fine. Start freaking-out when needle heads towards the red...
