Atturo tires

Oh yeah. That V8 will pull that like nothing. It’s the ramps that differ. I will probably drop in again on my neighbors messed up ramp in the next few days. I’ll post some pics of how it does with the OEM 18” Michelin’s

Had a chance to put the Atturo AZ850 tires through a thorough wet test today and have come away thoroughly impressed Running 70-80 MPH in heavy rain with a visible water layer on the road, there was absolutely no drama and the Cayenne was rock solid. Dry handling is also excellent and the ride and noise are great too.
I'm running a 315/30-22 and was kind of forced into these, as there's nothing else available in that size, but barring any unforseen failures or deficiencies, am probably going to put them on my pickup whenever it needs new shoes too. It runs a 305/50-20.

Thank's for the feedback Pete. I am going to give these a shot. The price is right. I have been running these https://www.tires-easy.com/295-35-21...code/MAB293521 on mine but the load rating is a bit low and they don't last like a 400 TW rated tire. However, they are fine if you drive normal, which means they wont do for me. You just can't lose when you get 4 tires for not much more than the price of one branded tire.

I will chime in with my .02 cents as well.
I had my 285/35/22 Atturo az850's installed early July on my 08 CTT. Shortly after I took a long road trip from Calgary to St Ives BC (about 1,300km) towing my boat (2001 Malibu Sunsetter, about 4,500 lbs)
The tires performed flawlessly, including towing in some very unfavourable conditions (rain most of the way home towing through high Rocky Mountain passes)
Since then I have been able to push the vehicle on some fun roads and the grip is great. So far I am very happy. Road noise is minimal, they look great and the price is more than right.

^^^ You can go wrong with them. I just don't understand blind brand loyalty like that. The Michelin Latitude Tour HP's were overpriced garbage to me. They chunked like crazy. I have tried countless brands and types of tires on all kinds of machines. I will not tout any brand, but will say if you want a heavier AT tire, the BFG KO2 is unbeatable for many reasons.

BFG ko2's, a timeless classic that will go down in history! Plus it comes with like 6" of tread lol. I don't understand the brand loyalty either. Truth is its not tires that are holding most of us back, it's us. One of my favorite overpriced tires are the Continentals. I just can't justify spending what they want when you can get other great offerings for 1/4 to 1/3 of the price. If I roll down to Discount and buy 4 Conti's with installation, tax, and road hazard, and disposal, it's going to cost me 2k. On the other hand I can order a set of others online for ~$600 delivered, no tax, free road hazard, and take them down to my local Red Barn tire guy and have them mounted for $60 with no disposal fee. I have tried tons of tires and driven most of them until the steel cords are showing just for ultimate evaluation.
It's like the whole Denison thing. I got an LaPower BT unit for $140 delivered and couldn't be more happy. What's that saying? "A fool and his money are soon parted" Lots of companies out there staying in business on the backs of fools.

Drove the Cayenne back from Columbia, SC on the Aturros this morning. Was a miserable day - 37-39 degrees F with drizzle or harder rain all the way home. These tires are awesome - not a pull, not a wiggle, not a slip at speeds of 85 MPH most of the way home. The Cayenne is just rock solid on them and with a 315 width in the wet, that's saying something. There were not any deep puddles or standing water I was hitting at that speed, just normal rain soaked roads. I was monitoring the tire pressures periodically as well, and it was so cold and wet, the pressures never moved more than 1 psi all the way home. I'm running these at 38F & 43R.
Monday was the opposite day where it was 65 F and clear so running a bit faster (triple digit bursts), and they performed perfectly in the dry with great grip as well.
