Default NGK or Denso plugs

Looking to renew the plugs on my 2006 CTTS.

I know that Beru are the OEM but have also seen:

NGK PFR7Q
Denso IK20

The Denso are the cheapest at about 60% of the others - has anyone else run them in a CTT or CTTS successfully?

I had best luck, running NGK BK7REQUP on my CTT, tuned to Turbo S levels.

I did the NGK's as well in my CTT; after swapping got between 3-4mpgs better. Can't say there's been any performance improvement though. Make sure you get the right ones; there are some for the 957 that are very similar but a quarter-to-half inch longer. Check my other posts for more details...

Hi Dilberto, aren't the NGK BK7REQUP multi electrode plugs?
I thought the CS could use multi electrode but the CTT and CTTS were supposed to use single electrode?

CTT work absolutely fine with colder, 4-electrode plugs. Trust me, trust me....

AC/911’s: The 08 CTT uses Denso IKH 22 or Bosch FR6 NPP 332

I used the Denso plugs on my CTT and have been very happy with them. These plugs will work just as good as the more expensive offerings. No reason to spend more if you don't have to.

I use the OEM Beru but the PFR7Q are OEM plugs on the 4.2 liter twin-turbo Audi RS6 and have been said to be the best plug for that application.

This will vary depending on what kind of spark plug you are using. Denso told me to use 0.040" for my PK20TT spark plugs. You can go to their website http://densoautoparts.com/ and plug in your vehicle's information to get the gap information for which type of spark plugs you plan on using.
