Default anyone install running boards yet

I am thinking of buying a set. Anyone know how difficult it would be to install them, or how many hours it would take a dealer to do it? Thanks.

Sorry E, forgot I think Gary on the rennteam board did, very easy except that the special screws used are awkward.

Are these a Porsche extra or an aftermarket item by someone else?

Yes, I have. Purchased from Gert, installed myself in about 3 hours. Easy DIY project, all hardware is included. An air ratchet helps.

Any pictures available? And do they prevent front tire debris from getting thrown up on the side of the truck? I have mud flaps and they allow some debris to become attached to the side.

No, it wasn't me. I did find this link on Renntech that looks like what you're talking about. In this Renntech thread Loren offers to get the instructions from the TSB. If you get them, post them here, or somewhere. Maybe back on Renntech would be better.
