Default WTB - 986 S winter wheels & tires

I'm looking for a cheap set of wheels & tires to be used in Chicago during non-summer. I currently have the Turbo look option with painted crests in size 18", and they are scratch-free. I'm looking for used and/or inexpensive alternative for both wheels & tires. Can I go with a different wheel size? I am more concerned with performance in 20-50F degree range dry and wet than I am with snow and/or very cold temperatures below 0F. Should I stick with all-seasons?

I have a pair of gently used (5k miles) Pirelli Snowsport 240's 205/50 R17 if you're interested. Just the tires.

If you're looking for brand new head over to tirerack and check out the "Sport Design" rims. They are around $159.00 each and you won't have to worry about scratching them so much.

I decided on new Continental ExtremeContact DWS ultra high-perf all-season due to their unparalleled snow traction when compared to other all-seasons. In Chicago, they plow the roads and highways, so I'm not concerned. Thanks everyone
