clicking the button does nothing. A search did not yield much.
I was driving last night and as I pulled onto an interstate the light came on. I am not sure when exactly but I turned on the cruise control and used my left indicator just before it turned on. I tried to turn the car on and off a few times and it is still there. no other lights are lit up on the dash.

Any ideas?

 

Usually the PSM light comes on when PSM is off (however it may also light to indicate a system fault). Is the system still functioning?

 

Clicking the button is not changing the status on the dash. I guess I could try to spin the tires and see if it is still working. I will do that on the way to work tomorrow.

 

That's exactly what I was thinking. It should be easy to figure out if it's working or not.

 

I am not sure what I am hoping for, my psm system not working, or something else not working!

 

PSM is not working. I can spin tire all I want.

 

Sounds like a problem and I have no clue how to fix it outside of a trip to the dealer.
