Get rid of the plastic and you could have seating for four for lunch with room left over for a wine bucket.

(Yes, I have explored the engine bay, a buddy of mine has one.)

ummmm, wonder if we're looking at the same cars......
Current vette is a 6.0 liter or 364 cubes. Granted it IS a small block, it is not a tiny engine. Also directly under those plastic covers are the electronic ignition modules (1 per cyl). Also considering they changed the hood from the whole front end to between the front wheels, under hood is now more cramped than ever.

Anywho, not like it is a big deal, I think it's tight under the hood of a vette, you don't, Oh well. I'm still gonna think the same thing at the end of the day, and so will you.

Considering you are used to looking under the engine covers of porsches, I could see why you think it is like the plains of the midwest under the hood of a vette.

They will twin turbo your S for 16,500 Euro or make it a 3.4L TT for 26,000 Euro. Not cheap.

Todd

Lol, considering I can find a used boxter for 15k US dollars`like this , I don't think
spending an additional 20k on a turbo kit would be practical.

Wow, that's a whole lot of money.

Imagine Auto or IA has developed a kit for the 3.2L motor. It is also a low boost unit. Some say it is good for 100hp. I haven't seen the dyno sheet, however.
