Default S Car Go - - YUK

Opened the motor lid for the first time tonight and look what I found.

A freakin snail festival was going on in there. Guess the car sat around a while before I got it, only had 11,500 miles.

Don't think so, car has low miles so I think it just sat around a long time while they (the snails) settled in. Vaccumed out the old shells yesterday and wiped down the motor.

One thing about this car I noticed is that when the motor lid is opened, the entire passenger compartment is exposed to the elements. Always had coupes so this is a little strange to me. Covered the gap with some towels before I blew out the area with compressed air.

Actually, looks like you might have/had a rodent issue. All the shells are empty. Can't imagine your weather is so nice that the snails would leave without thier shells. When I found a stash of empty shells in my garage, it turned out to be a rat. Might be a good idea to double check your wiring to make sure it wasn't used for an appetizer.
