I see that magazine from time to time around here, but not too many bookstores carry it. The last iusse I have is March 2000.

Was it in last month's or this month's issue? I will see if I can get it at the bookstore. Sounds like a interesting artical.

BTW: I do have a 1/10th scale Boxster RC car see my web page for pictures.

It's the one with the 911 Turbo with Martini racing stripes on the cover. It's a great article, and very wild to see a Boxster totally stripped out inside.

I saw it! Cool article. I love reading about people who race their Boxsters...whatever that form of racing might be. We need more people to do this to silence the nay-sayers who think you can't race a Boxster.

Porsche should get back into this branch of racing - I'd like to see it.

Do you know how the classes work in rally?

Is it a WRC style rally car? Any idea which series it runs in? I would love to read about it and will look for that mag (if someone could post the issue information that would be helpful).

Once I get some road racing experience under my belt I would love to get into rallying. I'm volunteering to be a sweeper vehicle at The Rim Of The World Rally in May (in my Rover NOT my Boxster ). Just checking it out to see what that form of racing is all about.

The issue is #119, February 2004. The main article is titled "Italian Job" and has a 911 Turbo with Martini livery on it. The car is prepped for RAC, non-homologated, series-production cars. I have no idea what that means.

Don't know, never really looked into it. I guess that would explain why I have only seen compact or sub-compact cars compete in WRC.
