Default It was a GREAT Craigslist kind of day!

Took a chance and drove 240 miles one way to look at a pair of Bozak B-305 from 1957. After I got there the speakers looked much better in person than in the add. I lucked out and they are even teak which I love.

Talked to the guy for over an hour and by the time I left I had bought all his LP's...all 60 and 70 rock. What vinyls I pulled out looked great. He even threw in a Dual 1229. Records are about 800 total with about 70 being Beatles and 40 Hendrix, 33 Bob Dylan......more and more

$440 out the door.....It was a good day!

Score!!!

Bozak, now there is a name I haven't heard in quite some time. Must have need to add some air to the tires for 800 Lp's. Congrats on the find. Let us know if you have any duplicates you want to get rid of.

Yep...Terry Cain. They are Cain & Cain Abbys. I still have not heard a speaker out do them playing their kind of music for the $$$. They are a HUGE bargin at used prices if you like Jazz.

I have seen nice used pairs go for $600 to $800 a pair. That is a steal in my mind. In fact I paid 800 for mine. They have a wooden coffin which makes shipping safe but pricey. For the money piano sounds soooo real.

Nice finds! The Bozaks are beautiful.

I see you scored the 'revised cover' version of "Yesterday and Today".

What is the going rate for Butcher covers these days? Haven't thought about that album in 20 years....
