Default clutch clickng and catching at the top when cold

the clicking is most noticeable when cold but can do it once warm. If I press direct on slowly it doesn't do it. it tends to require a bit of sideways throw to get the catching to happen. any thoughts? 2009 tt stock
thanks
Mark
