clutch clickng and catching at the top when cold
the clicking is most noticeable when cold but can do it once warm. If I press direct on slowly it doesn't do it. it tends to require a bit of sideways throw to get the catching to happen. any thoughts? 2009 tt stock
thanks

Mark does the clicking sound come from the peddle assy or at the tranny..
If at the gearbox, you have a few causes. One is the slave, the next is the pressure plate diaphragm. How many miles do you have on the clutch?
If inside, the pedal assy has a helper spring assy which can cause a noise. The clutch/cruise control switch can also click

thanks for responding. its inside at the pedal. its like the pivot has a flat spot but for the most part goes away after 20 or so clutch depressions could it require greasing? can it be easily accessed? thanks for any help clutch has 33k miles. still in CPO warranty.
