I would like one of each of the two-door models: TT, Air cooled, GT, mid engine, "normal" .

I've thought about exchanging for the GT3 a couple of times. Then reality starts to set in. Garage space becomes even more limited and would have to cut down to one p-car (THE HORRORS!!!!). So it's more fun for me to have the air-cooled 1/2 track car and the TT for everyday and longer drives.

But to each their own. Own it, drive it, enjoy it.

It's hard to imagine driving the 991 chassis with a manual transmission. The car feel so much bigger compared to the 997 body. It almost feels as if you're driving a sedan with a manual. I for one prefer the 991 GT3 to be in PDK. Keep your 997TT manual.

I'm in the queue for one, will be a stick, pretty sure to get one but will NOT give up my '12 TTS

There is so much to like about the 997...

Had a 997.2 GT3 for five years, rec'd an offer I could not refuse and picked up the TTS last summer... I'm still in a romance with it!

997 feels shrink wrapped compared to a semi bloated 991

Have a deposit down. No idea if I get one. Supply very limited over here.

997.2 GT3 similar money to a new 991.2 GT3 so may as well try and see if I get a manual 991.2 GT3 and if I do not like it can swap it for a 997.2 GT3.

997.2 GT3 currently selling for £30k over list for a comfort and £50k over list for a clubbie

Default Desposit, but Mixed

Have a despoit down too. But not sure if I will regret it. Wanted a TT for ever, and scared I'll miss the torque.

Will get an allocation next year for track season looking forward to using the GT3 for that. Keeping my turbo to row gears and just enjoy on back roads and as a gt.
