Well, I'm glad to hear that ^^^, because I like being the fastest 997TT at track events. Will be doing my fifth track event in 10 months next month. Mine's been bulletproof accept for a leaky master cylinder. Flog on!

I have followed Kevin's advise and went a little beyond -

Currently have 40k miles

- Porsche pre cat 02's
- Bosch post 02's from pelican - slightly cheaper
- New fuel filter - I do this on any 911 I buy if possible. My c2s had it mounted in the fuel tank (not accessible for maintenance)
- Plugs were done less than 10k ago
- 4000 mile oil change intervals with Mobil 5w50
- serpentine belt
- OEM air filter

Running on ****ty 91 and my engine does not like It. Considering running on race gas at all times as I drive the car so infrequently so not worried about consumption.
RS coolers are installed and i am very eager to see if my IAT's drop.

May do the diff and trans fluid soon.

my recommendation for those tossing and turning at night with worries of cam failure and so on.... Buy a fidelity warranty and just drive the damn car.
the warranty is worth it's weight in gold

Taking Kevin's advice as well on new widebands. The rest I've done when I did my clutch and waterpump. I did all maintenance while I brought the engine down.

I have a brand new Sachs 2.5 kit sitting in my storage - will install it when I feel my clutch starts to slip

That's what I have with a 764 pressure plate. Great clutch !!! In hindsight, I should have upgraded to a BBI slave while i had the tranny down but was already doing tons of other needed maintenance work.
