Default Boost Leak test shows weird issue

I've pressure tested my system by plugging the hoses coming off of the Compressor side of both turbo's.

Inflated the system to about 22psi and I hear a 'wooshing' sound from the driver side turbo.

I take the BRV apart and find that air is coming DOWN the line into the BRV.

I'm not expert, but I believe under normal driving conditions the BRV is supposed to open up and bleed air OUT through this vacuum line.

Can anyone suggest how air would be coming down the line what I should do to fix it?

Here's a short clip of what's going on:

I plugged the other side the same way, but with my nozzle to inflate.

Were you down on boost and that's why you're testing?

The compressor housing bypass valves are vacuum operated. With the pressurized throttle body and plenum you are now forcing air past the valve.

Car just didn't feel right. It's a new car to me. Went to the track the other day and it just didn't feel like a "77hp" car. Best trap time was 122. I'm a crappy driver, but I felt it should be better.
Also been getting some funny codes. And one of them was 'overboost condition' which is usually indicative of a boost leak.

But if I've capped the compressor side of the IC Hose on both sides, everything should be tight if I'm pressure testing. The air coming down the vacuum line to the BRV should be sealing it up instead of slipping through. I think the BRV is not sealing correctly which is why I hear air rushing through the turbo and out the intake pipe.

Then you need to remove the lines off the BPV and cap them..

Removed both BRV lines and capped them.

I can still hear air escaping. It sounds like it is way down deep in the system. Not some little vacuum line. For example, I took off the oil fill cap and I can hear air escaping down deep in there?

This system is supposed to be tight as a drum if working correctly right?
