When I was looking for my car I knew I did not want a car that was already modified. I made that mistake once, NEVER again. My 997TT came with CPO and ZERO mods, not even exhaust and it will stay that way (minus the exhaust ) I have other toys that are much much faster than any porsche

Three Wheelin'
During Rolling Thunder here in DC last week-end a motorcyclist was clocked doing 186 mph on a freeway. He was caught and I can't even imagine what the fine (and probably jail time) he's facing. I don't think my TT can go that fast!

Exhaust systems are one thing that you dont have to worry about voiding your warranty. On the other hand tunes are a grey area if you have a complete engine failure then yes the tune will void your warranty but if you have small things that happen 9 times out of 10 the dealership doesn't even check.
