GLWS either way you go.
I don't honestly think he would know anything. His link even not worky... and what he was ranting on about before was about some gutted out frankensystem with an ep shell, not a proper working EP system. I think his last thread was put up as an ambit purely to create contoversy and the more questions members asked the more he came undone for BS. He is a funny guy and we love him for that but to take him seriously i dont think so, not after that last BS episode...his cred is gone. Next time he needs to be honest up front and not just rely on vids you cant make any sense out of.

I never hear about anyone having exhaust cels with EP... (Unless is a Catless exhaust but is different)
Agree totally. The cats are the main bottleneck. Why just change out the can for the sake of a bit more noise...silly unless using an akra can that at least does something for the exercise. So on that score you may as well leave it stock unless you get rid of the lot....or get an akra can and pay the high price. I am aware Akra says there is a gain of some sort if changing out the stock can for one of their own but hey this is akra we are talking about not Cargraphic FVD or FS whatever. Akra is one company like EP that actually does their R and D homework properly.... but even so they will state the real gain comes when the whole system is changed. That is the best way.

Leo,
That offer is ridiculous!! I am with you! But you are not the first person to get a low ball offer from a dealer, I am afraid that we have all been through this...Just take your time a little bit and let's see if we can help you move the Silver TT and then you will land on a Black TT. In the mean time, I think the Surgeon's advice is good to sell the "bits" of your TT and keep working on a deal...

It will happen, but it may take a little more time, work, and maybe a chess move.

I think "Wisky" here is a dealer, and maybe he can interject some advice?

Thank you!

I really like that car... 2010... Still under warranty, black and black... But whatever I'm not giving them my car for 49 that is crazy....

I just gonna keep my car and wait until I find somebody who will pay what is worth...

Leo, stone cold stock be patient you can sell that car in no time.
Put it in fleabay, you CAN sell that car privately for what you're asking, it may take a month but so what?
997.2 cars will be all over the place with lower miles n better options as the 991tt gets closer.
Stock as stock can be, minimize the on line trail if u know what I mean.
Patience is a virtue, you gotta ignore the immediate gratification bug you have. You had 4 exhausts in as many weeks, yes I had more, but over 5 yrs. tranquillo my friend.

Be patient as others have suggested. It was only an offer so don't take it personally - you rejected the offer which is your right - move on to the next one.

Yeah! The general manager called me today because "he wanted to make sure all my questions were answered" at this point I don't even want that car anymore...

I will keep my eyes open for another black 997.2TT

If, you do get another call from Park Place, tell them you'll take $49K trade-in for your Turbo, but offer them $73-74K for their black one.pending a clean PPI........crickets.....
