I want to remove my turbo emblem. Earlier I remember folks saying to use hair dryer and heat emblem while using dental floss to carefully try to pull emblem off slowly. I guess you keep pouring on the heat until dental floss begins to move. Correct? Question if done this way, can all traces be removed, meaning no damage to paint/clearcoat?

I cleaned the surface, and then taped off with multiple trash bags and blue (and some green) painters tape.
I then sprayed the black on with 4 coats waiting approximately 35 to 45 minutes between coats.
I then allowed it to cure overnight (about 10 hours) before peeling. When I grabbed the far right part of the trash bag and pulled, everything but the letters came right off. I used a plastic toothpick to lightly scratch inside of the "b" and "o" in the crease until I could wedge the toothpick under the coating to peel the rest off.
Here are 2 pics of the process:
