Is it stored for the winter or just in general? Are winters actually bad enough in Rockwell, TX for that?

No, we can drive our cars year round here in North Texas.. no need to store for the winter.. If it's being stored my guess is it's for space reasons. (I have a similar issue at my primary residence as well..)

I have 2 garages but one is on a steep hill so can only park my dailys there. The one on a level, can only take 3 cars(actually its an oversized 2 car garage only but I use it for storage only).

But its still not enough for my cars. I put 1-2 cars in storage to rotate for use.
I rather do that than for them to be under the weather. Especially experienced crazy sudden hail storms.
