A couple weeks back I won a BaT auction for some OEM GT2 wheels (in gloss black). Luckily for me, they were local so I got them quickly and sent them off for paint. Midnight blue centers/barrels and silver lips. Got them back Friday, just in time to get them on the car for the annual Father’s Day show.

first track day with the 997 at High Plains Raceway. What a riot. Got to push myself and try and stick with some GT4 & Cayman race cars and a professional driver in a 992 CS. Hard to brake that late on stock pads! Parked with a 991.2 GT3 MT in the pits and did several sessions with him. Put the stockers on with some Bridgestone RE-71Rs that came with the car, felt great. looking forward to a few more events this summer. need to detail this weekend and throw the LMs back on
Way Cool, I need to sneak up to Colorado and run a summer event. In AZ right now and too hot to play. Nice shots and glad to see someone enjoying the car. Great tires for what your doing also, I have a track set of the same and couldn't be happier. A little stiff for the street but can drive to an event if close by. Our cars are sisters for sure.!

Let me know if you do plan to come up. Your setup looks awesome, I plan to do NT01s when this set is toast....would like to do a dedicated meaty 18" setup for the track. jealous of the aero wing!

I head to High Plains quite often. I'm working on getting my racing license and I usually take my Miata, but I'd be happy to go with you guys some day in the 997TTs.
