New to Porsche and Forum - 997 Turbo 2008
Hello everyone,
Just thought I would say hi and share some pics of my new to me ride.
I picked up a low mileage 2008 Turbo Cabriolet Last week. It is perfect in every aspect.
I've been on the forum reading up on all of the Turbo & 997 related topics.
Been going through all of the records and maint items on the car.
What a car. Already put on about 500 miles and I'm so impressed with the total package.
Anyway, great forum!

Thanks! Good suggestion.
Added to my to do list.
I already purchased some items for the car;
1. Car Cover
2. Maint Kit, plugs, oil, filters, blades, etc.
3. Durametric SW & Cable
4. Plastic Lower Lip- The original is beat up on the bottom.

Now THAT is a beautiful TT cab. Congrats and welcome to the family! Good job on posting pics or your first post. You've jumped your initiation hurtle. What's the history on your car?

Thanks!
About the car:
1 owner in the same town I live in.
Purchased new from Stead in Walnut Creek, CA.
18,800 miles, all service and warranty records. Everything done by the book.
No aftermarket stuff, all original.
No over revs, original everything.
No accidents, dents, dings or scratches.
Car is well configured with 6speed manual, sport chrono, factory carbon everywhere in the interior.

Welcome Zuppy! Beautiful car!!!! Nice find.. You might want to but those spoiler lips by the six pack (smile.)
Okay lets just get to the point because someone is going to bring iit up.. Your going to need an exhaust to make that bad boy sound proper. You will find an overwhelming majority of folks recommend the Europipe. Great sound and performance.
All kidding aside.. Welcome. You are going to love your car. There are some great helpful folks here.
