Default Price check on a 2010 TT cab...

There's a nice CPO'd 2010 TT cab at the dealership with just shy of 14,000 miles / 22,000 kms. They're asking 130k for it. Nice options and color.

http://vancouver.porschedealer.com/p...05678/info.php

Anybody able to comment on the price? Remember the CND cars sell for a good 10% higher than the US. Any actual recent sales that anyone knows about?

Thanks in advance...

Joel

Maybe. . You know me... Always looking. Miss the PPCBs and love the colour of this one. Who knows. I'll see how the numbers crunch... Then again, it ain't got that Mezger...

If I could choose I would have a '09 manual because I like the mezger heritage and because I would likely keep the car 'for ever'.
But do believe there is nothing wrong with the DFI engine. And since you tend to swap cars from time to time I believe you should not let the new engine be a deal breaker.
Isn't the new GT3 equipped with the same engine block ? They changed pistons and connecting rods but basic layout the same ?

i was offered $ 125K for mine last week ...it has PDK and Techequipment (Fuch) wheels + the OEM turbo wheels...3M, Speedart spolier. It was a little North of $ 200K when new as it was heavily optioned. I has about 18K KM..so looks like $ 130 is the market. I am undecided what to do with mine (on the list for a 991ttt) but now thinking of keeping this one and ordering a new GT3....but I will have to order a back seat option for the GT3 because my wife will have me sleeping in it...

LOL. You mean I should ACTUALLY tell my wife? I NEVER thought of that! Who knew, right?

I do hear you thou brother. Remember the saying 'You can sleep in a Porsche but you can't drive your house'? But the truth is I'd rather sleep with my wife, in my house.

Tx for the price comparison.

Don't think so Dennis. From the latest Porsche Panorama mag (p. 14) on the new GT3 'Its still the "Mezger" flat six - for now says Porsche.'. Such a tried and true engine.

Actually its a 9A1 DFI engine, Mezger is gone for good...see the video interview for confirmation.

Not sure why you say that. It's got the dash wart. The only time I've seen that is with the Sport Chrono.

Was commenting on the build as optioned on the website...my mistake if it has it, but I would clarify since you cannot add it later....that's why I passed on the first 2010 Turbo I came across...

For reference I picked up a 2010 PDK Turbo with PCCB, PTV, SC with 13400 miles for 118K CPO'd until 2016 in November.

WAY too much dough.

I have a perfectly specced 2011 TT S cab, loaded with the same mileage and when I thought of selling it through my car guy, the highest offer I got was 135 - 140. It's worth way more than that '10.

But...the car was listed at an OC (Orange County, CA) Nissan Dealer first for 108K; I had the car purchased and CPO'd by my dealer. I could have saved money but I have a good relationship with the dealer and had had them looking for a 997.2 TT PDK with SC for months before this, so I would have felt bad....

point is, the car you are looking at is overpriced like others have said. wait another 2-3 months when 991 is announced and then you'll save even more as people unload them (some even meteor gray ) for the newest and bestest (only to become the oldest and not so bestest )
