turbo difference?
Other than the upped displacement on the engine and tail lights, are there any differences between the 7.1 and 7.2? I'm mostly curious about the handling.

Two immensely different cars:
997.1- Mezger proven reliable and punishable block.
997.2 - DFI engine more "efficient" not proven to hold power upgrades, avaialble with PDK also not proven to hold power upgrades, better electronics interface, supsension wise, it's been discussed on numerous threads, nothing definitive but Dynamic engine mounts and PTV was available.

Not exactly!
The 9A1 DFI engine won the Rolex Grand Am GS Championship last year and won the Rolex 24hrs race this year. Zero engine fails last year as well. This is on a showroom stock factory engine too...zero upgrades. BGB Motorsports for the win!
