I drive mine in snow, sleet, rain and fog. I learned the car doesn't melt. Winter tires, smart buy. 3m clear wrap, a must.

I have the front of the car, around the intakes, and a little bit behind the rear wheels film comvered. It's pretty well protected, but I'm tempted to have the whole car done.

Out of curiosity, what part of the country do you reside?
We get a mix of sand, salt, beat juice, and something that looks like brimstone, put down before, during, and after our snow/ice events here in Kansas City.

Wow, super old revived post from 3 years ago but ...

I was told by Radial Tire AND my dealer that I can only put summer tires on this car with the wheels I have on it now. Interesting to own an AWD car that can't be driven in the winter unless I buy different wheels for it. I'm not doing that.

In any case, with the salt, sand, crap on the road, potholes that we get here in the DC metro area, I would NEVER, EVER drive my car in the winter unless it was clear out and I knew for a fact it was staying clear till that night.

Even at very cold temps (no snow, sleet etc) with my summer tires, it handles like ****e.

Ruby Reds put out 20 more HP, and the Tips are even faster. Wolfgang in Sindelfingen told me.

We have a snow sometimes but mine continues to have winter duty. Its never too cold to drive a TT.
