I've had both, including a 930. The 993tt is my romantic favorite, but the 997tt spanks it in every catagory. In fact I miss my 997tt so much, I already sold the 993tt and am making a deal on another 997.1tt, details to follow....the 930 I'll keep.
I think there really is something to the last of the dry sump gt1/g50 cars that will make the 997.1tt sought after in the future.

Looking very much forward to the details ! Good luck and well done. I know how you longed for the 997TT and am very happy for you.
And yes, the 997TT/1 will be highly collectible in the future. There is no doubt about that in my mind. Some don't see it but that's ok.

I think the 07-09s will be extremely sought after in the future bc of the engine/tranny combo, this will probably only matter to enthusiasts but that's who drives the demand on spec older models in the future. The 09s will be the ones to have bc of the better pcm.

I agree. I think we should start stock piling 997-1's. Fill a warehouse with them.. That would be awesome! And if the don't turn out to be collectible so what! We have a whole warehouse full of Turbos! Woo hOO!!!!
