I bought my '04 996TT when it was 3 years old with 275 miles and got it for 65% of original sticker price, with 1 year remaining on the original warranty and a CPO warranty from the dealer. It has been pretty flawless over the last 4 years and somebody else ate 50K+ of depreciation! Don't worry about the low mileage!

The OP's car in question certainly has the low miles: 745 miles IIRC; but comes without even a CPO warranty.
