Had a 2009 C2S with PDK and loved it....figured if this car is so great I've got to try the Turbo.

Sold the "S" and bought a 2010 Turbo PDK and will never look back !

if you have a choice between a 2007 GT3 and a 2007 tt, similar mileage, condition and similar price, which one would you pick? I've been looking for a 911 for the past few months, first I wanted an NA 993 then 996tt then 993tt then 997NA. Finally I think I want to buy either a 07-08 997GT3 or 997tt but not sure which one I should buy. This is my first Porsche.

Would a GT3 holds value better than a tt? Just curious as I am not a person who look at cars as investments at all.

LOL. I traded up from a 08 C2 to an identically colored Midnight Blue 07 Turbo. Wife hasn't noticed the change.......

I seriously wondered about following your lead, but my wife is aware of the wider back end and the vents on the side. Maybe I will try the aftermarket accessory ploy!

My wife said the wider back and vents made it look better. Less "miata-ish" compared with my c2 996 cab.
