I have a more detailed ad in the FS section (link below), but the title says it all. The car is really perfect.
PM me with quesions.
Thanks.

Thanks Mike. These are great opportunities for potential buyers to take advantage of perfect cars at distressed prices. I wish I had such an entry point when I got the TT.

yes that is a 997 TT. Either I am the best negotiator in the world or that is the "market" for 07' 997 Turbos. A standard ($130K original list turbo) non-CPO unit should be priced at $78K (under 10K miles) IMHO.

whyb2nd.... it's like a lot of the RE market. The market is the market, on Cars.com, there are over 130 997TT for sale with the "meat" of the market at $90K. Most dealers/sellers would be ecstatic at $90K, they'll take $85K in a heartbeat and a few of them will trade at $81 to $83K with a little jaw-boning....
What amazes me is that a 2 yo TT only has 9K miles, to me, I'd drive the snot out of the thing This way the $130K hit is "amortized" over more mileage... I plan to add 30K miles in 3 yrs and unload with a 1 yr cpo left and use the leftover for 2011 TT w/ PDK and DFI

Tourenne what turbo did you buy? THe one on this site for sale?
A tip should be less than a 6 speed. I am still looking and if I could get a dealer to
go 78 right now I would buy almost any color or any config. But I just had a dealer call
me and offer me a 07 with 12K miles for 109!!! I was SO happy they were so
compassionate to me with such a great price. I didnt even have to CALL THEM to
get a great price at 109K for a 2 year old turbo!!!

I expect $75-85K to be where 07s should settle in the next 3-4 months.
I would appreciate any other tips Roberga or anyone else could give
me!!

OldGuy... loved the HWFMR thread.
Its' a six speed. Alot of dealers and sellers are delusional. Anyone read the paper?
WoW nice trade gxcross. I could've done that car, but wanted a CPO and dealer deal.
