That's one of the best automotive photos I've ever seen. Anywhere.

Amazing...

Any chance of posting the original hi-res? I'd like a new desktop background.

The photo was shot by pro Mike Maez for a Modified Luxuries and Exotics spread. Unfortunately, the magazine went belly up. There is a slight possibility it will be in another Porsche magazine though. I have no higher res images at this time.

shot was taken from a rig apparatus off the rear of the car. Camera was quite low and on a long exposure. I was actually pushing the car backwards from the front passenger side during the shot.

Hey Eugene, if you ever give up your day job go into Porsche advertising. Great shot, one of the best I've seen on Rennlist.

I have had 2 GR Porsches. I have a love hate relationship with it. While I know its a proper Porsche color,
I have the OVERwhelming urge to remain hidden on the road. GR doesnt really allow that. Given my Electronic counter measures and situational awareness background in the military and in my car with the V1, I really like to stay undercover roadwise because no mater how much I pay attention to the cruise control SOMETIMES on a downhill stretch I hit well over 66 miles an hour.
But it looks so good in the garage. I love ruby red too but its my compromise color. But brilliant nonetheless.
