Default Can you fix curb rash???

When I recently purchased my 07 turbo the only flaw on the car was a small ding or curb rash on one of the wheels. It is about a half inch long.It si noticeable to me because I am a perfectionist. The dealer is being very nice and says they have a guy that comes to the dealer to clean up rims and touch them up.Should I even deal with that or will it only make it look worse.I do not have any experience with these guys that work on wheels.Am I being to picky and leave it alone or try to let this guy clean it up.Advice is appreciated!!!!!Thanks.

Let the guy loose and see how he does. Most of these guys are really good, so you can inspect after they're done, and see what you think.

I agree with Eric.
Depending where you live, some road rash on your rims may be inevitable.

Some of the wheel repair guys are just amazing. The turbo wheels looks like it might be a little harder to repair though. Give it a try - I doubt it will look worse.

I did it my self on my 993 TT not knowing what to do but looking on line getting some
duplicolor and wurth products and a tiny bit of bondo and 400 and 600 grit
some clear coat and good as new. You can do the outside rims or the whole wheel.
Just labor intensive. about 3 hours for a wheel

My c4s had some nasty rash on the sport techno rims, the wheel doctor came by and fixed them perfectly, could never tell anything had been done.

These wheel shops can fix almost anything, I would not worry about it.
