I know what you mean, I love updates! Too bad TSBs are not mailed out to owners, you have to ask or complain about TSB issues before they act on them.
A perfect example is my GS350. I found out about a TSB for low dusting brake pads because owners complained about excessive brake dust. I mentioned I had excessive brake dust at my 15k oil change and guess what.... when I picked up my car they had installed new "low dusting" pads and replaced the rotors at no charge!
