It seems that a few people have said that the new design of the turbo wheel helps to hide the brake dust. Anyone care to take a quick photo of their front wheels? No cheating - take them as is without cleaning them. PCCB guys are invited to do the same for comparison.

It has nothing to do with design. The inner surfaces are painted dark grey.

Right - which I was including as part of the design. I just wanted to see if, even with the dark gray areas, brake dust was still apparent on the polished areas.

If those are PCCBs, I thought there was no brake dust?

i just wiped my index finger along one of the foward-facing(when driving foward) edges of a spoke. I ran it along one spoke from the hub to to the outer edge....this is how dirty my finger got. 300miles of around town with some deep braking on parkway offramps.

Relatively speaking, I would call that almost no brake dust.

I agree. If I did that with my A6 after 300 miles I'd need a scrub brush to get it off my finger.

exactly. Im just comparing the PCCBs to what I can, our old 1991 Carrera 4. If i fully scrubbed down the wheels while doing a wash and went out for a drive, after 15 miles there would be that, if not more dust on the wheels.
