Default GT3 RS wheels

I have seen a few cars with the GT3 RS wheels on and really like them much better than the stock ones - anyone know how to get them and what the cost is? if you buy a new car is there a price difference if you can switch them? any issues with a car that is lowered with these (not sure if they are a diffent size than the stockers)?
thanks

They run about $4000 plus shipping.

Try Gert at Carnewal. He can get them.

4000 for the set? is it an option on a new car to order them with the car instead of the stock wheels?

Wheel Enhancement sells these wheels for about $3600 but whether or not they'd be able to get them is a bit sketchy at this point. It might take a while. Gert at carnewal.com will be able to get them for sure but you'll be paying quite a bit for them because not only do you have to pay for the wheels itself but also for shipping and export fees.

I absolutely love the way my car looks with these wheels! The front wheel is the same size as the stock wheels with a slightly different offset. The rears are 12" as opposed to the stocks being I believe 11" but the stock tires (305) fits fine on them.

The GT3 fronts are the same. Only difference in the GT3 rears is the offset.

P97 GT3 Wheels
Front : 8,5x19 ET53
Rear : 12x19 ET68

P97 GT3 RennSport Wheels
Front : 8,5x19 ET53
Rear : 12x19 ET51

The TT wheels are different - I think they are:
Front : 8x19 ET57
Rear : 11x19 ET51

dolt, if you haven't ordered your 997tt by now, you may want to place an order for an '08. there's a good chance that porsche may make the gt3 rs wheel an option as they did from '04 onwards on the 996tt.

Wheel Enhancement does not have them and no ETA on when they will get them. I was told that a few weeks ago.

OT question here.. Does anyone know what's going to be different between an 07 and 08 TT? The reason I ask is because I just put down an order for a May build and wondering should I wait for the 08 model instead (and I am guessing the time difference is only going to be a 2-3 months).

indications are that there won't be any changes on the '08 997tt. this was communicated by porsche's ceo during the '08 cayenne dealer launch event at cabo. https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...ne#post3900066

also if you look at the spy pictures of the '08 gt2, you will see it has the '07 style rear lights. http://www.leftlanenews.com/2008-por...97-future.html

likewise, spy pictures of the '08 997tt cab show it still uses the 07 rear fascia http://www.leftlanenews.com/wp-conte...54&idg=1&idi=1

the revised 997 is now thought to slated for MY09. http://germancarscene.com/2007/03/02...ing/#more-2977
